From start to finish a total of 250 people were inducted on the site to complete this project which consisted of the demolition of an existing four bedroom cottage to make way for the construction of a luxury new five bedroom house with detached garages, workshop and sheltered parking. The specification was to be of a high standard with a high degree of feature glazing.

The new house features various high specification finishes throughout, including beautiful Chandeliers, a bespoke Catchpole & Rye bathtub and a statement Dragon on the roof.

The main entrance has a fully tiled floor and boasts a bespoke sweeping Oak staircase leading to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite, four further bedrooms, two of which also feature en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom.

The ground level has an open plan kitchen leading to an Orangery with a pyramid roof light and arched French doors looking out to the landscaped gardens, a large lounge area with pocket sliding doors leading into the dining area and a snug room with a wood burning stove.

Beneath these two floors sits an impressive basement with a Cinema room fitted with top of the range equipment. Externally Ellis constructed a detached block, which formed garages and a workshop along with landscaping, which included an extensive ground works element.
